Normal Shipping On Orders:

Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Customer must contact Onsra Designs via email (returns@onsradesigns.com) to receive a Returns Authorization Number and return form to send back any order.

Warranty: 12 months free warranty replacement or repair on gemstones and leather for any damage.
